The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) is an internationally acclaimed method of assessment and treatment for spinal and extremity pain developed by Robin McKenzie. This treatment method differs from all others in a way that each patient's therapy is tailored to their presentation & exam results, which are prompted by a unique evaluation method. Appropriately, a patient's treatment is determined by the characteristics of their underlying pain source.
